Hridoy Academy · Marketing & Growth Consultant
Most businesses don’t need more marketing activity. They need a clear plan, the right channels, and a funnel that turns attention into paying customers. I help founders and marketing teams find the few moves that actually grow revenue — then build the campaigns and systems to make them repeatable.

01 — Where growth stalls
Before any budget changes hands, it helps to name what is really holding growth back. In almost every first conversation, the issue sits in one of three places.
01
Campaigns are launched because a competitor is running them, or because last quarter’s budget needs to be used. Without a defined audience, offer and goal, every new channel adds cost faster than it adds customers.
02
Ads, social, email, the website and sales all run on separate plans. Leads fall through the gaps between them, and nobody can say which channel actually created a customer.
03
Dashboards track impressions, reach and clicks, but rarely tell you what to do next. Good reporting should end with a decision: what to scale, what to fix and what to stop.
02 — What I do
Each engagement starts with strategy and ends with something your team can run. You can take one service on its own or combine them into a single growth programme.
Strategy
A practical growth plan built on your numbers: who to target, what to offer, which channels to prioritise and how to measure progress.
Acquisition
Paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, planned around profit instead of clicks and managed with disciplined testing.
Conversion
Landing pages, funnels and follow-up sequences that turn more of your existing traffic into enquiries, sales and repeat customers.
03 — How an engagement runs
Week 1–2
We review your analytics, ad accounts, website, sales data and customer feedback to find where growth is leaking and where the quickest wins are.
Week 2–3
You receive a written growth plan: target customers, core offer, channel priorities, budget split and the handful of metrics that will define success.
Week 3–8
Campaigns, landing pages and tracking go live in planned stages, so every change can be measured against a clear baseline.
Ongoing
Weekly reviews decide what to scale, what to fix and what to stop. Your team learns the reasoning behind every decision, not just the outcome.
04 — Measurement first
Every engagement begins by defining a small set of metrics that tie marketing activity to revenue. That shared scorecard keeps decisions honest and makes progress easy to see.

06 — Questions

Mostly service businesses, e-commerce brands, education providers and startups that already have customers and want to grow in a more structured way. The approach works best when there is a clear product, a way to measure sales and someone on your side who can make decisions.
Both options are available. Some clients want a strategy and a roadmap that their in-house team will execute. Others want hands-on campaign management, landing page work and weekly optimisation. We agree the split at the start, so responsibilities are always clear.
Quick wins such as fixing tracking, pausing wasted spend or improving a landing page can show impact within weeks. Sustainable growth from new channels and better funnels usually takes one to three months of testing and refinement. You will see what is happening every week either way.
The most common are Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search and YouTube, LinkedIn for B2B offers and TikTok where the audience fits. Platforms are chosen based on where your customers actually spend time, not on what is fashionable.
Access to your analytics and ad accounts, a short overview of your products, pricing and margins, and an hour for the kick-off session. If tracking is not set up yet, that becomes the first job.
